Gefen Gallery is pleased to present Color, a collective exhibition exploring spacial perspectives and the power of light and color in altering the perception of reality.
J. Margulis is a Venezuelan born artist working out of Florida. His work evaluates the boundaries between two- and three-dimensions. Inspired by geometric abstractionism and the kinetic artists before him, Margulis’s wall sculptures utilize light, space, and vibrant colors to suggest the mutability of perspective.
OPHEAR is an American artist based in Israel. Considered a modern day pointillist, OPHEAR applies unconventional painting techniques, such as syringes to add depth of color and dimensionality. The end result is a vivid intermingling of geometry, texture, and pigment.
